Every business is meticulously scored, then issued a confidential report a roadmap that identifies both their triumphs and the areas that must rise. The Seal awarded depends on the total score achieved

Re-Application & Growth

  • All Seal holders are subject to validation checks ensuring standards remain uncompromised and customers’ trust is continuously protected

  • If a business wishes to pursue a higher Seal, it may only re-apply after two years. This rule exists not to restrict, but to safeguard the meaning of distinction. True growth requires time, reflection, and reinvestment into the customer journey.
